The weekend up in Auckland was a much needed break away. Catching up with good friends Friday night, Japanese for dinner and frozen yoghurt on the beach was only the start. Saturday morning started with visiting La Cigale, the French market for Bastille day. The whole place smelt like fresh breads and pastries, you couldn't help but indulge. After managing to tear myself away from the market we popped in and visited Rose from The Bread and Butter Letter.
There's something about Auckland at night that makes you never want to leave. We checked out a couple places for a drink before unfortunately deciding to call it a day. The Library Bar is definitely worth a visit.
